Ok quick run down of the 1 star rating because they deserve 0 star. Sales Dept was ok. Nothing outstanding really. I found the vehicle online and emailed the dealership. Jeff Alstatt emailed me deserve 0 star. Sales Dept was ok. Nothing outstanding really. I found the vehicle online and emailed the dealership. Jeff Alstatt emailed me back telling me the vehicle was in his lot and that was pretty much it. Management Dept Mr. Aaron Lee was a great help. He's the reason for the 1 star. If not for him I would rate this dealership 0 stars. Mr. Lee really broke down to me what was going on the the issues I was having. If you find yourself at this dealership look for Mr. Lee. Title Dept-I've been waiting on a "overnight" check (that should have been sent on 11/17/22 or 11/18/22 ) to pay my Ark sales taxes in order to register my vehicle. The young lady is pleasant to speak with over the phone but overnight is overnight right. Finance Dept-Completely misleading!!! #1 I'm not a KS resident so I completed a tax exempt form thinking I'll be exempt from paying KS sales tax. Not the case, still payed Arkansas sales taxes in KS and was OVER CHARGED sales taxes. Left a couple voice mails for Sebastian Grainger but never received a call back. Was also told since I'm paying taxes in KS tags, title, etc will be taken care of and I will be receiving my plates in the mail. THAT'S not the case as well explained to me later on by Aaron Lee the sales manager. Finance team need to take a day or two or three to be retrained!!!! All in all I personally won't recommend any of my friends and family to drive 2 hrs to this dealership and potentially go through what I'm going through. Mr. Lee is the only reason why I'm leaving a review. Jeff Alstatt was ok but totally forgettable but not Mr. Lee. Lastly the price you see online for a vehicle is misleading as well. If you see vehicle online or on the lot they will add a mandatory "Brogden Package" to your purchase price. They say their giving you vehicle protection for free but it's not. More
