I usually have no issue or complaints when I bring my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. But this last time they didn’t put a lug nut back on one of my tires. I haven’t noticed it because I don’t rotate my own tires. I got it detailed yesterday and the head detailed at the place I took it to told me one was missing. I got my oil changed in November, almost a month and a half ago. More

I went in with a clear budget in mind and even told the salesman that I had to stay within my budget otherwise wouldn’t like to buy the car. I was told all way through that I was close to my budget then we salesman that I had to stay within my budget otherwise wouldn’t like to buy the car. I was told all way through that I was close to my budget then went to finance and my payments about $250 over my budget a month. Then I got a lecture about how I should manage my budget better to accommodate the purchase. I love the car but I was very upset with how the deal transpired. More

Was told price doubled for an oil change after service was done and then all Steve could say was sorry…. Horrible customer service and no explanation for the huge difference in price other than I’m not in was done and then all Steve could say was sorry….
