I scheduled an appointment for 945am. When I dropped my car off I was given the option of waiting in store or waiting at home. I elected to go home. I called over 4 times throughout the d When I dropped my car off I was given the option of waiting in store or waiting at home. I elected to go home. I called over 4 times throughout the day and each time was told they my car was actively being worked on. At 530 ( thirty mins prior to closure) I called again and was told that no one had looked at my vehicle and that they were keeping my car overnight. Never once was in communicated to me that my car would be there multiple days or even asked if they could keep my car overnight. Much less that no one had ever even looked at it when I had specifically made an appointment. After speaking with a manager I was assured that my car would be the first to be looked at in the morning and I would receive a call before 9am. At 10am I still hadn’t heard anything so I was prepared to just go get my car and go elsewhere. Then the manager called me back and said that my car was not having any of the problems I was describing. So I went and drive my car with the manager and as soon as it went into auto stop it immediately began having all the problems I was describing. GMC had my car for a total of 3 days to just change a battery. More
Jason was great to work with but the general sales manager and the financial service manager were horrible. High pressure sales, coercion, shady financials, and poor customer service.
