I was very pleased with sales agent Zella Rudolph who helped me throughout the purchase process and afterward. She helped me set up the tech part and explained all the buttons that were new to me. We had a $11K repair on a diesel pick-up that was 16K miles our of warranty. While I didn't expect the repair to be free, it would seems it would have been fair to reduce the price given the situation. miles our of warranty. Our fleet will be switching to Ford at this rate. We cannot continue to pay huge repair bills on our Chevrolet vehicles as soon as they are our of warranty coverage. More
