Best Buying Experience Ever. I have purchased at least 30 cars over my lifetime. Mostly new, but used as well, both dealer and private party and I can honestly say second only t I have purchased at least 30 cars over my lifetime. Mostly new, but used as well, both dealer and private party and I can honestly say second only to the dentist I hate the process. The haggling, the buyers remorse the next day, the "manager" who everything has to be cleared with and the extended warranty pitch, it all makes me want to scream. Yesterday my wife and I bought a new Mini Coupe S at Roadshow from Ashely Rook and the experience was quite lovely. No hassling, no pressure, no games even the music in the showroom was pleasant. Want a test drive, no problem, here are the keys enjoy yourself. Want a trade in, no problem here is what we can give you. Want to shop other dealers, no problem here is the written offer on the car you looked at here. Don't want extended warranty, no problem we won't mention it again. No chit chat where they pretend to get to know you so they can advise you to buy more. Straightforward, professional, pleasant, and through you won't want to go anywhere else or deal with any other sales person. Ask for Ashley, you will be glad you did. More

Continues problems with service department After a $4000 oil leak repair, I returned 8 months later to have my 535i F10 fuel pump replaced under the recall. After the repair, I was informed I After a $4000 oil leak repair, I returned 8 months later to have my 535i F10 fuel pump replaced under the recall. After the repair, I was informed I had an oil leak. I reminded them I just had that fixed, so the service adviser looked it up and said, "it must be in a different place". To say the least, I was not happy about hearing this news. To make matters worse, I noticed I had lost 5 gallons of fuel during the replacement and had a very strong fuel smell inside the cabin. I should note that I went directly to a gas station and filled up to allow for accurate MPG test on my next fill-up. Fast forward 3 weeks (200 miles) and my fill-up light came on. To say the least, I was shocked. Long story short, the fuel pump was installed incorrectly and has been leaking fuel. I've scheduled an appointment where I'm sure they will come up with a story to somehow make this a different problem and try to charge me. More

Once you buy a car and drive off the lot, you are not forgotten. I like the way they send you reminders or just to check that everything is going good with your purchase. My go to salesman is Carl Smith, and for service Jodie Hatchett. Trust them both, and this is not to say that you wont find the same care and professionalism from others. I'm sorry I left off the individual gentleman who did the paperwork for the new purchase. He was overwhelmed that day, but never seemed stressed under pressure to get my wife out in time for an appointment. More
