Hello, My vehicle was ready over 1. 5 hours and I was still not notified. Somehow rivertown had my wife’s contact information and was notifying her phone/email to notify it was ready. Sh 5 hours and I was still not notified. Somehow rivertown had my wife’s contact information and was notifying her phone/email to notify it was ready. She was sick at home and unable to answer her phone. Meanwhile, the same representative (Stephen, service advisor) that took my vehicle back walked in and out of the waiting area 3 times to notify others their car was ready. He also did not verify my contact information at arrival. This is unacceptable and not good customer service. Finally, my wife called to let me know she had been getting a few texts notifying her it was ready but she was sick and did not see them. This is unacceptable as the representative was in and out of the lobby the whole time notifying others their vehicle was ready. More
