This service department has repeatedly taken several hours to do routine oil change and tire rotation. We actually had we’re expecting the 60,000 service but they did not provide that even though we were at 62,000 miles. Very poor service and scheduling. More
Took a meeting in the middle of the day delaying service I was not alerted for at least 45 minutes that my vehicle was done I had to go ask for the keys and they didn’t even know it was done. Always been a great experience whenever I have taken my Yukon to them. Yes, I purchased the vehicle there so I may be bias. Expensive but never have any complaints of service or products.
