Good morning, the paperwork arrived at the DMV on Tuesday and was reviewed. I don’t mean to be a pain but two of the three documents the DMV needed were not included, the DTF-803 form and the credit card authorization form. I was able to overnight them a new 803 (has to be wet signed) and she allowed me to pay over the phone. I don’t know if I got under the skin of your finance guy but I don’t understand how those documents were not included in the packet. Especially when I empathized several times to him and the sales manager the importance and I even provided copies of them to both. I really don’t understand now why I paid $999 for paperwork processing. I also know that your staff had never done this before but I walked your finance guy through it several times. Thanks for what your staff did do and your sales reps were fantastic but from the twist in interest rates, the rudeness of your financial manager, and this Debacle. I will never consider buying from any of the Rivertown dealerships in the future.
