I was also asked to answer some additional questions and have included them here for your review. My apologies that I forgot & am submitting so long after My the review I submitted on the day of service (Oct. 4th) while I was still at the dealership. Following are the questions: *I was able to get an appointment on the day desired...as I took the chance to do a walk in & set an appointment. To My great surprise I was given service the same day! *I immediately got to speak with Mr. Nick after he was finished helping another customer. *Mr. Nick as always provided Me with great service, by doing as He always does...by caring for what I need, providing Me with exceptional service, while always being focused on Me as a customer! He always goes above & beyond for Me! *I was not subjected to any type of upsales for extra work or services during My visit. *Mr. Nick provided Me with the services done by reviewing with Me both before & after the services. He also kindly let Me know while waiting status of service & completion of service. As well as being kind enough to have My vehicle completed BEFORE the time that was initially stated! Big Kudos on that! * While waiting I was able to enjoy a great cup of coffee (ok I had 2 cups), & watch TV & talk with other Nissan representatives. I really enjoy just hanging out & relaxing while waiting for My car to be serviced. I rarely, if ever have used the premium service of being taken home & picked back up when My car is ready. * And lastly, My baby Jewel was returned to Me in better condition than when I came in! She was in the need of some TLC, she was dirty both inside & out! However, I noticed that she had been taken & given a much needed cleaning...this was especially special to Me because I've been dealing with some health issues that kept Me from being able to go & get this done.🥹 So I was so Blessed & touched (as always) by this. *The overall service I receive from Mr. Nick is what prompted Me to stay with Nissan when I decided to upgrade My vehicle...I was going to buy a Kia Sportage Hybrid. However, after bringing My old vehicle Beauty in for service & getting that Nissan extra care (Nick wasn't the person that helped Me when I arrived, as He was out to lunch) Esteban provided the same care. While waiting I walked around the sales lot & found Jewel...needless to say, I decided to stay with Nissan! If I could give a rating to the whole Service Department it would be 100 stars! Such Excellence in Service & caring for their customers. And the rating I would give to Mr. Nick for His service & care of Me on Oct. 4th would definitely be a 10+!
