Disappointed in Communication Lack of coordination between customer and finance. Tried to drop off down payment check and no one would take it. We drove out in the rain and spent 2 hours in traffic to bring check and pick up key they they could not find on the day we bought the car. The next day, we get a call asking for info on insurance that was provided two days prior via email and asked for the check. Very frustrated that no one would take our money then asked where it is.
