Both criteria were met qui I went on line looking for a 2019 Honda Accord, red, to purchase as well as get a trade-in price for my 2001 Acura Integra. Both criteria were met quickly and with utmost courtesy. This was remarkable after dealing with another agency for two days that told me there were no 2019 Honda Accords red available in the area and they were giving me the best financial deal. Neither of which was proven to be true. Within 2-3 hours the transaction was complete and I drove home in my new car??Thanks to Riverside Honda😉 More

Extremely Dissapointed I called the day before to make an appointment. The male individual said I could not make an appointment since he was unable to put me in front of oth I called the day before to make an appointment. The male individual said I could not make an appointment since he was unable to put me in front of other vehicles. I arrived the next day and the greeter asked I had an appointment or just a walk in. I said "I thought I couldn't make an appointment"? She said "yes, and I'm not too sure what happened. I spoke to Scott the Assistant SM as he is the one who took my work order. Yes, he apologized and said he would look into it, but is this how you WOW a customer? I'm a manager for a different industry and let me tell you, this by no means in how you WOW someone. What is it to them if he offered me a complimentary oil change as I'm sure they give those to new vehicles depending on the contract. Or even a discount? You want to go above and beyond and WOW someone, you do whatever it takes to win that customer for life. Not to mention I purchased my 2018 Accord Hybrid there and this is how you treat your customers? Nana was great but I cannot say the same about the service team. I know Jim was there because the person I spoke to initially told me the Service manager was there but no once did he come and speak to me. To make matters worse I called the next day to get some quotes on a cabin and engine filter however no appointment was made period. I get a call from a gal named Cindy trying to make me an appointment and I told her of my horrible experience. She apologized once again and told me that Jim would contact me. I want to say that my expertise is in customer service as well and this by no mean exemplifies this. I always give myself a 24 hour time window to get beck to the guest and this shows me that I;m just another dollar as you try to make your quota, numbers or whatever you want to call it. Jim does not have to call me back, if he really wanted to resolve this matter he would have spoken to me that same day. I hope this whole ordeal and the way it was handled it not a reflection of your business. By the way the only reason I would return is because I have warranty but Spreen Honda is closer time. More
