(Red flag #2): I was c FROM OCCURING AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! *** (Red flag #1): I was told I needed to have a tune up in order to do the diagnostic. (Red flag #2): I was charged over $700, for a partial tune-up; I have a V8, they replaced 8 plugs but only 1 coil, (why not replace all 8 coils!??)How can the dealership not know this...!!?? and lets not forget, this tune up was "needed" BEFORE THE DIAGNOSTIC (Red flag #3): Failure to produce documents from vehicle inspection. My vehicle still has the same issues it came in for, and I have been advised to go to another mechanic. This place is a rip-off and justifies its corrupt day to day operations by saying its a Lincoln so it costs more. More

I dropped the truck off, I did not stay because of Covid. When I picked it up I noticed there was grease stains on the driver door handle on the inside of the car. The odometer reading on the tag telling me when to bring it back for the next oil change was wrong, short by 10,000 miles. I brought it in with 93,000 miles, the tag says bring it back at 88,000 miles. More
I've lived in Macon nearly 50 years. I've owned 21 cars/trucks and have never been able to make a deal with Riverside Ford. I'm in the market for a truck now. Against my better judgement, I decided to give them another try. In typical fashion, they tried to screw me yet again! I was told twice (one of those times immediately after the salesman verified with the sales manager) that the truck I was interested in could be sold to me for between $55k and $56k. This was a slightly better than expected price and I began to think maybe Riverside had turned over a new leaf. I thought about it for two days and decided to go buy the truck. I showed up at the stealership and made my offer of $55k. The salesman acted like he genuinely expected the deal to be accepted. Well, shortly after he took my offer to the sales manager, he returned only to tell me that the manager had made a "mistake" (twice) two days prior when he quoted my price. And instead the price was $68k. YES, $13k more!..a 23% increase over what the manager had said less than 48 hours earlier. It's just classic bait-and-switch! Do yourself a huge favor and just avoid these crooks. More
