I took my car in to the service department. There was some thing I needed them to fix. Anytime I called the phone was just rang and rang and rang. Someone returned my voicemail but they couldn’t even tell me who I was working with they were calling to ask me who I was working with. And I had no idea who I was working with because I had no paperwork from that day. More
Service dept was tasked with a number of service items needing attention beyond the normal interval; including replacing a cracked windshield. I will NEVER take my car back to the service department and likely will not purchase from Rimrock again. Service is meant to provide a service to a customer. They did not service my car as asked. My car had an appointment at 8:00 am and was dropped off the day before. I did not receive a call that my car was done and finally called at 1:30. My car had been finished ( unbeknownst to Jessie ) and was sitting outside waiting. My car is newer and I asked for some warranty work to be done. They did not do the requested warranty work and then tried to charge me for it. I will now have to take my car to a different service department to address the few warranty concerns. I asked for a service and they did not provide the checklist that is to be completed. When we called to request it they sent us the warranty agreement and not the checkpoint inspection. The receipt said they rotated tires and checked air. My car said the air pressure was 30 psi off from the front driver side to the back passenger. I discovered this when I checked my system before getting on the interstate. I have had issues with Rimrock Subaru service before and was promised my concerns would be addressed with the next service such as tire tread readings and fluid levels ( all being mismarked ). Apparently the way to address that is to not provide the check sheet. The last time I was in my car I had brand new tires on and my checklist said my tread was almost gone. The service is horrendous and apparently condescending attitudes towards customers is how you garner business. I would like the boys in there to acknowledge that no matter how long they have worked in an oil change/ service station the person who has put the 60,000 miles on the brand new car drives it everyday and has a good idea of what is going on. The WORST customer service ever-worse than the most horrendous food service you could imagine. More

Service was very quick. I expected my 60,00 mile service to take all day and it was done in 4 1/2 hours Nice, knowledgeable people at a reasonable price.
