Buying a car at rimrock Subaru was a mistake, after paying full msrp for the car and going through their bank for it because they said i had to. Poor service, like when they didn't tell me that the car paying full msrp for the car and going through their bank for it because they said i had to. Poor service, like when they didn't tell me that the car wouldn't be there after I payed for it until the day before I was picking it up. Many more examples of the poor service that I got , but the kicker for me was the dealer sticker they put on the back of the car, like I would want to admit I got the car from them All and all, great car, it's my second Subaru and I do love the car, just not going here again More

Brad Hedges does a fantastic job as a car salesman. He has a great disposition and manner, which immediately make you feel very comfortable dealing with him. New vehicles are expensive, so finding someon has a great disposition and manner, which immediately make you feel very comfortable dealing with him. New vehicles are expensive, so finding someone you trust to give you answers to your questions was a priority of ours when considering what brand of car to purchase. We were very lucky to find Brad! The service was good and sales staff very helpful. The purchase and paperwork went quickly. The dealer had sold most of their stock earlier in the month so the number of units were low and selectin limit purchase and paperwork went quickly. we bought a used outback and found out that it needed $4000 worth of repairs. We took it back and BJ and Clay have worked hard to try and find a replacement vehicle for us in the same price range. hope $4000 worth of repairs. I was traveling thru Billings on a friday morning and my subaru broke down and had to be towed.I was with my daughter and wife and we were all horrified that we would be stuck in Billings over the weekend a subaru broke down and had to be towed.I was with my daughter and wife and we were all horrified that we would be stuck in Billings over the weekend as we had to be back in Portland on monday.Ernie the General manager got involved and put his best people on it and we were back on the road the same day.Imagine our surprise when the GM gets involved and takes a personal interest in his customers.At Rimrock all the employees truly care and go to great lengths to satisfy there customers.We witnessed this time and time again as we waited for our car. They overpriced vehicles and would not take no for an answer. No respect for the customer and no respect for the wallet. Save yourself the hassle and just drive on past them. I really wish they wo answer. No respect for the customer and no respect for the wallet. Save yourself the hassle and just drive on past them. I really wish they would have been HONEST and told me the value of the vehicle I was purchasing before I committed to it. It was not until I was home that night that I saw the NADA sheet on my vehicle. They were asking almost $4000 over NADA value and it was too late to back out!! I will NEVER return to these thieves and hope that everyone else learns from my experience. More
