Within minutes of my first email contact with Rimrock Subaru, I received two responses, one from the dealership manager and one from my assigned salesman, Mr. Clay Green. Clay called me the very next day and the special relationship began! As a customer, I was treated with respect and kindness from the first word. Clay asked me what he could do to make my experience exceptional. Clay prepared the vehicle I selected and had it delivered to my front door, over 215 miles away! The delivery driver walked me through the paperwork and picked up my trade-in vehicle. At no time was I inconvenienced or disrespected.
