Hanna was a rockstar who answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. She was able to walk us through and guide us for what was a first time new car purchase. This was my first experience having my car serviced. My husband passed away a few months ago and he always took care of the cars. I spent 3 hours and 45 minutes getting an oil change and them suggesting I do over $4,000 maintenance on my car. I have been a customer for 20 years and the service has continued to get worse.
