He did a good job of explaining the cars features, and differences between trim levels. The trade negotiation was basically painless, and once the deal was struck the purchase process was very time efficient. Doug made sure to explain each part of the purchase process, along with a full explanation of the cars function, warranty, maintenance, etc. Even introduced me to the service dept. and set up the first maint. visit.
