I visited a few dealerships looking for a replacement for my 13yo SUV. I was ignored at most places and experienced lackluster customer service until I arrived at Rick Hendricks Duluth. After building a new Chevy Tahoe Z71 online, I was surprised to get an email from their salesman Brian Henry asking me to come in and see him. I got in the car and went there and Brian actually greeted me at the front desk. I was treated professionally and with the respect a car buyer deserves. He was knowledgeable and informative and we were able to select the exact vehicle I’d been looking for. It was ordered and built to my specs and I picked it up yesterday. I couldn’t be happier!
