My experience with Rey Valera and Roylan Shaff went very well. I was really impressed with the knowledge, enthusiasm, and more importantly, the honesty I received from the guys. It appeared to me that his down-to-earth conversation and recommendations made me feel at ease. Several times I may have come off as demanding and even rude but he seemed to know that it wasn't him that was frustrating me but my situation. I expect to refinance or even purchase another vehicle from Rey in the future. Actually, I believe I that I could virtually follow him to wherever he may be when that time comes. Thanks guy! Because Rey was off when I went to pick my vehicle up, he passed me on to another great individual in Roylan. It seems they were cut from the same cloth and he also knew my situation. It made me think about possibly purchasing the same vehicle next time.
