A Great Experience I first visited the dealership on 12/6/2014, where I met my salesperson, Leo. From the beginning, Leo did his best to help me not only get into a vehicle I could afford, but a vehicle I wanted to drive and pay for. He knew my circumstances, and had already reached out to the finance manager to make sure we were on the right track. After going through a couple of vehicles, I decided on a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX. On 12/8/2014, I completed the financing paperwork with Vlad. He was able to get me approved that day. I didn't take delivery of the van until 12/9/2014, because it needed repairs to the bumper for rock chips. When I picked it up, it was in great condition and they had done a superb job of repairing the bumper. With the exception of one minor thing, which Leo has already scheduled with the service department to have resolved, everything has been smooth sailing. My dealings with both Leo and Vlad were wonderful. I must say that after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit anxious, because I was thinking, hey, what if they call me back with some of the horrific news I've heard from other reviewers, but Leo and Vlad put my mind at ease, letting me know that all the paperwork I submitted was reflected in the application and that I'd received my approval. I can say that I've truly enjoyed my experience at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet, and Leo made it possible. More

kept my money and gave me a car my family cant fit I went to rick hendricks shopping for one midsize family car and mentiioned to sales that I will be needing a son for my car to . I went back and forth and fnally accepted the deal for two cars one for my family and another for my son . I had two cars for almost two mos when I start getting emaisl from finance manager who says there is a problem with the financing on the family car which was maxima who fit my family of five. The other car I got was a Sonic who only really fits 4 average size people.. He says they wanted to have my 341 completed and he didnt know that .I told him my 341 meeting was on the the 18th .of November and he said he might have to send it someone else because my 341 was out too long . I said ok and awaited . I heard from him again two days before the meeting and asked to give the car back and he will give me a loaner til the meeting over. the meeting happenned but because rick hendricks had doubled app'd me the lender found out I had another car out there and declined me . Its now been two weeks since I brought both the loaner and maxima and still dont have no idea when they will give me back my downpayment. Im not getting call back and when I call and catch Anthony Knight and says he dont know when my money coming back because its an accounting issue and he forgot to follow up on it .. mind you this is two weeks later and I m stuck in a car I dont want because of his mistakes. More

Great Service I went in without the intent of buying a new car but Joe Marrero showed me the perfect one and helped me get the best deal possible. Amazingly enough I didn't feel pressured at all and enjoyed working with my salesman, whom after a while I felt like was my friend. Finance managing was a completely different story. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, with the advice of remembering your budget and goals and to not let anyone talk you out of them. More
