I can only assume it is because I am a young, college student that was looking for my first car purchase. I was so discouraged and, I'm not going to lie, I only stopped in to Rick Hendrick because it was on my way home. But, I'm glad I did! When I say it was the best experience I have ever received ANYWHERE, I am not exaggerating!! I went looking for a car that was a bit out of my budget. First, when I got there, they didn't treat me like some kid who just wanted to test drive cars for the fun of it. They looked at like a serious car buyer. Renaldo Robinson worked with me for over 4 hours that night. He worked with me to get the prices down for an even better car than I had bargained for. I wanted to get some second opinions from people I know at other dealerships, so they gave me the car to take home for the night. Everyone told me it was a steal and I had to get it! When I went back in, Jonathan Spencer, who I met the night before, greeted me at the door and let me know Renaldo was busy but he could help me if I was in a rush. He helped get the price down another couple hundred dollars and helped me get way more for my trade in than it deserved. Vlad, in financing, explained everything for me about warranties and payments. He was also great! Plus, the after sale service is amazing. Each of them called me the next day to make sure everything was working the way I wanted and to see if I had any questions. Since then I've called them all at least once, frantic because the TAG office was telling me things that we not accurate. Long story short, BUY YOUR CAR FROM THESE GUYS! Kip was great and made this experience the very best Kip was the person who drew the straw to help my husband and I possibly buy a new car. This young man who is only going to be with sales a few weeks because he is moving up in a new position made this a great experience. He listened and in minutes came back with what we were looking for. Had all the numbers in minute for us and sat with us while our purchase was reviewed with the finance team. Todd Knight was great on the finance team, even come out to talk with us while waiting for information. Kip showed so much interest in other parts of our lives, my husbands many cars at the house and other things. The time went so fast and we purchased a beautiful Traverse.
