At least, if they sell you a car with something wrong with it, they will work with you to fix the issue. My husband and I both bought cars here, his used, mine new. I haven't had any issues with my new car, however, a couple days after getting his car, the brakes started squeaking. We're six months in with the car and now having engine problems. The dealership claims a 5 point inspection was done, that's bogus because if that were true then these issues should've been caught and addressed.. We got the additional warranty on the car at the time of purchase but apparently, it covers NOTHING! Not only will they not fix the issue that they should've caught IF they inspected the car prior to us purchasing it but apparently, the "warranty" doesn't cover it either. VLADIMIR in finance explained the purchased coverage at the time of purchase and lied about everything covered. There's no corporate number to call so there's no one to complain to. Everything is in house. This dealership is ridiculous! More

Not sure how we lucked out by getting Brandon Robinson, but he is the man. Well versed in the business but also so friendly that you just wanna be his buddy after the whole transaction goes through. Never experienced that at a dealership before. He's like a new breed of car salesman, the kind that doesn't suck. The whole operation is run unlike any other dealership I've ever been to. In fact, Brandon in Sales and Tyrell in the financial offices worked so well together, that I assumed they had been permanently paired up because of their chemistry. But it just turns out that everyone there works so well together, that no matter which sales person is paired with which financial person, it's going to be a solid experience. But again, Brandon took it above and beyond. Seriously, if you can get him to help you out, I highly recommend it. More
Very large dealership - impersonal, poor quality I was excited about coming to this dealer - I'd finally found the perfect pre-owned vehicle that ticked all the boxes! I communicated with a woman by I was excited about coming to this dealer - I'd finally found the perfect pre-owned vehicle that ticked all the boxes! I communicated with a woman by the name of Heather Lewis. It appeared most of the ratings of this dealer were positive, but there was one negative review that specifically mentioned Heather and which reported that the customer had made an appointment with her, but instead they were passed off to another sales person and then found out that the two vehicles Heather had said were at the dealership were later disclosed by the salesman to have never been there (you can read the review under Heather Lewis' name). Because this was a longer trip for me, I asked Heather to confirm that the vehicle was at their dealership and that it had options I communicated to her in advance. She assured me the vehicle was at the dealership and was exactly what I was looking for. So I made the trip. Heather texted me to confirm I was coming to meet her, etc. When I arrived, as the previous customer mentioned, it was not Heather but a floor sales manager (nice guy) who would then assign a different sales person to me. Apparently, Heather is in upstairs in an internet, business development office and doesn't work directly with customers on the sales floor. I was told that her boss doesn't "allow his team to come downstairs". That's okay, but I found it so strange that all our communication was very clearly indicating that she was going to be meeting with me. It was puzzling and disconcerting - not a good way to make a first impression and establish trust with a new (potential) customer. Also, it was a little annoying to be asked what I was looking for, when I'd gone through all of this with Heather in detail. The bigger dissappointment came when they showed me the car I had driven so far to see - it was missing one of the "must haves" I had clearly communicated to Heather and which she had clearly assured me that the vehicle possesed. To top it off, the young salesman kept asking me personal questions, pressing for answers when I clearly didn't want to answer him. Lastly, although I'd made an appointment the car clearly had not been cleaned before it was shown to me. It was dirty and when I opened the storage compartment between the two front seats there was trash from the previous owner, including a $5,000+ check written for earnest money of some sort. Under the hood was also dirty and dusty. Pros: this is a large dealership and there are many cars available to show customers. Cons: poor communication between departments and with their customers, and a very poor presentation of their product. I've been at other Hendrick dealerships and have always had a pleasant experience, but my trip to this particular dealership was uncomfortable, impersonal, sometimes confusing, often frustrating and an unfortunate waste of half of a day. If you find a car here you like, I'd recommend going to another Hendrick dealership and asking if the vehicle could be transfered so you can avoid the disfunctional, big dealership machine they have in place. We were interested in a 2017 Camaro and Brandon Robi This past weekend my wife and I went to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Duluth to look for a new car. We were interested in a 2017 Camaro and Brandon Robinson was our sales consultant. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable! Brandon was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the vehicle as well as showed us multiple things about it that we didn't know to ask. He even sat in the backseat of the Camaro during our test drive- that alone deserves a five star rating! He was friendly and extremely helpful when going over our finance options. Brandon also kept telling us that if we ever needed anything at all, to contact him and he would take care of it. Vlad Pirvulescu in finance was also very friendly and helpful! We couldn't have asked for better employees to help us with this purchase and at the end of the day we drove away in a beautiful brand new Camaro! More

Buyer Beware I'll start off saying Innocent me salesperson was fantastic very knowledgeable and great person made me and my wife very comfortable he deserves 5 sta I'll start off saying Innocent me salesperson was fantastic very knowledgeable and great person made me and my wife very comfortable he deserves 5 stars buuuut that finance department cause this one star. First it took them hours and I mean hours to see us. Then when we see the finance manager name Renaldo he come off as a smug guy he tells us $1500 down cool we were like we don't have it but that's fine we will try again when we have the $1500 but no renaldo says can you put $500 down and the rest in about 60 days I said sure we can do that he says we just need a check to put a hold on the account. Problem is we didn't have any checks. So he says go to chase open a account and you get the car. Next day open a checking account and came back. Met with Renaldo again and he says " O the checks must start with 100" my wife says you didn't say that he says with a smug attitude " I said it I always say it" I look kinda funny because I know he didn't say that either but we went to a local chase and got some more checks came back and sat in the lobby for almost 5 hours before we saw Renaldo again. Innocent checked on us but no one explain what's wrong offer no water ask how we were doing or anything. Finally I get fed up and threaten to leave with no deal before Innocent had us speak to another finance manager. I can't even tell you her name because she never told us and act like we were a disease or something and didn't want us in there. Then she ask what are we doing and we explain about the check. She scan the check and says no good you can't use the check. So we like ok what we do she shrugs her shoulder and look at us like we crazy. Then we were maybe we can do $500 down from Renaldo. We said ok but not till tomorrow when we get paid cool he lets us get the car with no tag but hand us paper in case we get pulled over. We call the next day trying to get our tag and see if they going take the $500 no answer anything finally they tell my wife that we can pick up the tag I drive up there after work and set another 3-4 hours just waiting on a tag. Then the finance manager who still has not tell me her name hands me a tag I say what about the $500 she says we will take it out and leaves I'm still confused but left alone fast forward 3 days later on Memorial Day Renaldo begins blowing up my wife phone at work. Now Renaldo knows we work at a call center and it's kinda hard for us to get the phone. My wife calls back and he says they couldn't pull up her credit report and that she needs to call equifax to get a credit report. My wife calls equifax and tells them that but of coarse it's close because it's Memorial Day!!! So my wife tells Renaldo this and he say "o well just keep calling them someone will answer" . I tell my wife she just needs to focus on work and we will call them tomorrow. Two days later after we got the equifax situation straight out Renaldo begins blowing up my wife phone again at work yelling at her and demanding her to pay the $500. My wife calls me crying telling me to call Renaldo. I call he begins coming at me with an attitude so I just said F it I'm bring the car back. But after cooler heads prevail I paid the $500 it was never a problem with the $500 I just don't like how he is yelling and harassing my wife about it. We end up getting the car it's very nice but we feel sick that we got the call from rick Hendricks and we will never ever ever ever step foot i there again ****update***** now Rick Hendricks took the car back lied to me and said I would get my down payment back and then week later Renaldo called and said they would not give me my money back so I don't have car and I'm out of my down payment money do not go to this place they are scammers liars and thieves More
