One of the most IGNORANT dealers around! We arrived at the dealer to assist our "Active" duty military daughter purchase her first vehicle and it was a nightmare from beginning to end. Our s We arrived at the dealer to assist our "Active" duty military daughter purchase her first vehicle and it was a nightmare from beginning to end. Our salesman Sedrick Baker told lie after lie. We were all cash $25K paying customers, he tried to get us back in the dealer to finance with one of their finance companies but we kept going to get out check to come back to pay the dealer. When we got bat to the dealer Sedrick wrote up the purchase order and let us know that the Finance Mgr. Tyrell Kennedy had a customer and we'll be the next to finish up with Tyrell. After an hour of waiting and this is not our first time making a car purchase. My husband asked me where the financing office was which I knew and I got up and went to the financing office to find Sedrick with his feet up on Tyrell desk talking about nothing at all. got very upset and said "Oh, were waiting on "WHAT" customer". He said "Oh I'm sorry y'all can come in. The next day our daughter was to come in and pick up the Jeep and Sedrick called me at 1:30 and let me know the Jeep was going to be ready in an hour but when my husband and daughter got there 5 (five) hours later 6:45 PM they were still at the dealer just waiting on detailing that should've been completed. The 2nd day I called Mary Poole (Service Mgr) she still was not listening until I had to tell her on the phone that our daughter appears to look very young but she only have (3) three days and just came off of her 1st deployment and she only have 3 days to be in Atlanta because our daughter had to go back the 2nd day to get the "jack" taken off the front of the Jeep and she didn't have 3-5 hours to linger around the dealership and she have a lot of things she need to get done before going back to her military base. After they took the jack off the front of the Jeep our daughter pulled off to notice that they "attempted" keep the $700 Jack that she purchased with the Jeep but she just wanted then to take it off she turned right back around and asked them "where is her Jack" they then put it in her Jeep. There was no oil change done on the Jeep because our daughter was so "done" with the dealership that she went to Gwinnett Chrysler/Jeep to get an oil change completed and they let her know that there was hardly any oil and no new oil filter in the Jeep that she just purchased and she and her father were getting ready to drive her Jeep back to New Mexico from Atlanta, GA. For this to be a Multi-million dealerships they are lacking leadership, superior customer service skills and need a serious wake-up call. We will "Not" be back and please beware of how they take care of "cash" paying customers especially "active" duty military members. More
Great Salesman I went in the dealership because I had gone to another one a couple days before and they couldn't help me.. But I went into RHC very optimistic I knew I wasn't going to leave without a car. My salesman asked me exactly what was I looking for in a car a delivered just that. He was amazing 😉 we went on a test drive and he was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. after my purchase Robert even helped me clean out my old car and made sure I had enough bags to take it all in. Even after my purchase Robert did follow up calls check and see how was enjoying my new car and even after hurricane Irma he called to make sure my car wasn't damaged.. overall wonderful person and amazing salesman More
Poor Customer Service I was looking for a new vehicle and started a online conversation with 'April'. I asked very basic questions regarding any promotions and terms and co I was looking for a new vehicle and started a online conversation with 'April'. I asked very basic questions regarding any promotions and terms and conditions advertised on their website. She did not seem to know this basic information. Instead I was given the phone number of a sales rep to ring after I spent a whole 20 minutes wasting my time. Not customer friendly or driven and basic knowledge on promotions not commonly known. I'll find another dealership that can help me. More

Great Experience Buying a New Car I went with a friend to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Duluth, she had to finish some business she had and we were immediately greeted by Brenda Bryan who as I went with a friend to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Duluth, she had to finish some business she had and we were immediately greeted by Brenda Bryan who asked what car I had and how she could get me a new Chevy for a good price. She was very nice and I knew my friend was very happy with her, so I agreed to at least see what she had to offer. Long story short, I was very happy with what she presented and left that same day with a new Chevy Cruse and I am vey pleased with her professionalism and what she was able to do for me. She is a great person to work with in the purchase of my new vehicle. I have bought many cars and this by far was my best experience in purchasing a car. More

As soon as you walk in they have someone ready to tend to your needs and to greet you with a smile. Innocent Eguabor was my salesman. He was really nice and patient. He did not rush me into the first car he introduced. He gave me options. He helped me make the best decision for me and what I could afford. He also worked with me and kept the car in my price range. After recently filing bankruptcy, I had no idea car buying would be this pleasant. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else who's in the market for a new car. More
