What happens after you sign.....think twice I'm updating my review after one year because the 2017 Chevy Cruze I bought from this dealership a year ago with 7 miles on it. About a month after leaving the lot, I noticed some issues with the way my car was driving and attempted to take it back in which was when the incident below happened and my husband and I were kicked off the property. I took my car to another Chevy dealer and they confirmed we were sold a lemon because they now have to take apart the entire engine and I will be without my car for weeks! This car is one year old!! Rick hendricks also told me my warranty did not cover them looking at my car without a $200 payment. However, that was a bold lie. My car is covered from bumper to bumper up to 37,000 miles and is now being fixed with no cost. Needless to say, we have opened a lawsuit against this company as well as Vladimir in finance. First review: DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I've had better experiences with buy here, pay here lots. At least, if they sell you a car with something wrong with it, they will work with you to fix the issue. My husband and I both bought cars here, his used, mine new. I haven't had any issues with my new car, however, a couple days after getting his car, the brakes started squeaking. We're six months in with the car and now having engine problems. The dealership claims a 5 point inspection was done, that's bogus because if that were true then these issues should've been caught and addressed.. We got the additional warranty on the car at the time of purchase but apparently, it covers NOTHING! Not only will they not fix the issue that they should've caught IF they inspected the car prior to us purchasing it but apparently, the "warranty" doesn't cover it either. VLADIMIR in finance explained the purchased coverage at the time of purchase and lied about everything covered. There's no corporate number to call so there's no one to complain to. Everything is in house. This dealership is ridiculous! More

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Me and my s/o came to purchase a car & a man named David Simon was helping us out. David would tell us that he would come back in like 10 minutes and each time he left he would disappear for at least an hour every time. Also he never pulled up any chart of any payment plans. David was trying to get approvals for the car, he informed us that he checked our credit at 4 banks & told us that 4 out of the 5 approved and we just needed 1 more approval. After leaving the establishment without a decision we visited Toyota to look at some other vehicles and checked our credit... Mr.Simon had ran out credit at 11 BANKS!!! He never even asked for permission to run our credit at that many banks and each credit check he made took 5 points off!!! WE WILL NEVER BE GIVING YOU OUR BUSINESS AND WE WILL FIRMLY TELL EVERYONE WE KNOW IN THE CAR BUSINESS TO NEVER GO TO RICK HENDRICKS CHEVROLET TBH THIS IS LEGAL FRAUD. AND THERES NOTHING TO BE DONE. He had also sold a friend of mine a new vehicle just a few months ago on my recommendation. Miguel had me in my first Brand New car, Chevy Trax that day! I also bought the extended Rick Hendrick warranty (yes, even on a new car) as I had it on my Jeep and had Incredible response from the Rick Hendrick Warranty folks when I needed a repair. Super fast and professional. Buy Your Next vehicle from these folks!!!! I will be a repeat customer for life! More
