Total letdown. If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, the salesman and staff were nice and friendly, and did what "salespeople" do. They worked with me (but I h If I could give 0 stars I would. Now...I Purchased a 2005 Jeep here February 2018. There were limited pictures of it online, as it apparently only recently came in. I scheduled to test drive it and it still had the previous owners trash in it (like it had literally just been dropped off) even though I scheduled the test drive. I left and decided to think on it. I came back 4 days later to see it all cleaned out and in the daylight and guess what...still not done, but no worries...I knew they would clean it when/if I purchased. Salesman did the salesman thing and said how it had this 66 point or whatever check that it goes through with service dept. and even though its used, its ok because there are rules to what they MUST do to ensure safety and what not. He kept saying how they arent a mom and pop, buy here pay here dealership (I had another Jeep I was looking at at none "dealership" dealership) and how they stand behind their service and quality and they are RICK HENDRICKS blah blah blah. Anyway...I got the Jeep, and maybe a few days later the check engine light came on. I took it to have code read and called RHC, but the light went off after a day, so I chalked it up to whatever. I later went to get my tags and was told by the clerk there wasnt a valid emissions on the jeep and that the dealership is suppose to handle that. Called RHC and they apologized and to their benefit did say they would do an emissions, but they are over an hour away and the test is only $15 so again...let it go. Now Im wondering if they did any of these "checks" they claimed they did. Little issues kept happening like loose cables and such, but they were simple enough to where I could just fix and move on. I was out of country for 2 months, but when I returned at the end of July it really gave me issues (after my 3 month limited warranty). Drive shaft literally fell off/out while I was driving, multiple sensor code issues, bad grounding wires, frayed wires etc. Latest clue of them not really working on the car before selling: my mechanic mentioned it needed an oil pan gasket. I go to buy one, then realize it looks exactly like a part that was already in the jeep. Yep...they knew it was bad, got the part and was probably going to put it on, but was there and buying, it so they said "why bother". Lucky for me I guess they did at least leave the part in the back. When I did speak with my salesman after all this his words were "well, thats the risk with buying used cars". Its almost a year since purchasing and I havent had my Jeep since August. Bought in Feb...I left in June, so out of the nearly 12 months I've had it, only drove it for 4 (and even then as my weekend/fun vehicle). NEVER will I trust anything from RICK HENDRICKS any location. I left an email and 2 facebook messages and never got any response. Worst customer service, worst vehicle service...just the absolute worst in every way. Make sure you demand records of what they have done to your vehicle if purchasing used. ( I did request this info as I was excitedly signing paperwork, and he said he would get it after, but never did). In the end...my opinion...avoid them like the plague. More

Worst dealership ever I called to confirm they had the Cadillac I wanted to test drive in stock. Confirmed. In stock. We drove over an hour in the pouring rain to find out I called to confirm they had the Cadillac I wanted to test drive in stock. Confirmed. In stock. But they did have a Tahoe I could drive or commit to buying said Cadillac if they brought it from the other dealership. Um no. I want a Cadillac not a Tahoe. No I will not commit to buying a car I can’t drive first. MISTAKE BIG MISTAKE. I went to Jim Ellis in Marietta. Very accommodating. Wonderful experience and I did buy a Cadillac not a Tahoe.
