I traded in my vehicle and made a purchase from this dealership on Sept. 28th. Since the vehicle would be transported; a loaner vehicle was given to drive until then. The vehicle arrived on Oct. 2nd (I dealership on Sept. 28th. Since the vehicle would be transported; a loaner vehicle was given to drive until then. The vehicle arrived on Oct. 2nd (I only knew from making the call myself). I was told by one salesman a Kahu would be installed and I could pick up the vehicle on the 3rd. I did not receive a phone call the next morning so I called the store to find out the status. I was told they needed the loaner back and no one was available to drive my car to me. The response of a Manager was they are doing me the favor by letting me use their car. I just made a purchase, traded in my vehicle and would have nothing to drive until the car came in days later and was so called inspected. So how was that a favor to me? I am a single mother and commute 3 hours in total a day to work. I had to drive back home from work, pick up my daughter from school, then turn back around and commute 1hr and 30 minutes to the dealer. I was very upset, tired and could not understand why "I was being inconvenienced as the customer". I let the Store Manager know, who offered gas for compensation. That was helpful for getting back home but did nothing for the disservice I received. I also told the Store Manager the batteries in the key fobs were dead. He said just go to Nissan and they can replace it for $40. FYI: just know if you drive an Infiniti and the remote is dead the car will not start!!! I had to watch YouTube outside in the parking lot of my job, to figure out how to get it to start :-(. The Service Dept did not know how to reset the Maintenance Other warning that appeared on the dash, so I Youtube that and reset it myself. The lifts on the trunk were worn, so I purchased the parts and replaced them. The gas gauge needle is broken and I will need to purchase and replace that as well. The left side of the panel by the air vent was separated somehow and that was an easy fix. To someone with a vast knowledge of vehicle maintenance, these are minor issues that may appear to be no big deal. But to a hard working, single mother who budgets everything, it was a big concern because I was not sure what else I would find! I requested a copy of my vehicle inspection report for clarification. I also learned from the Service Dept Manager that the Kahu , I paid for was never installed. They are willing to do that but I had to take off work (since the only days available for install is on a week day). My biggest issues are: the lack of uniformity throughout the Sales, Service and Finance Dept. Never disclose to a customer "what the Service Dept is supposed to do and not follow up on whether it was done". There is also no communication to the customer on what to expect next once the paperwork is signed (Used Car Sales side). As a customer, I should not have to jump through hoops to get answers. Learn to be understand what the customer's specific needs are and this will help to build more lasting business relationships. I sent a text and email to the Store Manager, about my concerns but there was absolutely no response. I came here because of how Rick Hendrick Chevrolet takes pride on "great customer service". I expected to receive great service along with a quality product. Instead, the service has very disappointing overall. I now have a negative outlook on this location and have a lack of trust to ever do business with them again. My experience is that one person's actions or decisions (good or bad) will always affect those around you...so choose wisely. Overall, I would like to be compensated for my time and inconvenience as well as have the respect of being a valued customer. As of 11/11/19 my tag paperwork is in limbo for no reason. I was informed by my Tag office this morning that they had 45 days and my tag should have been done in 30 days. Had to get another temp tag so I am tired of how this dealership is very unprofessional, has no follow through and I will never purchase another car or refer my family members and friends to come here. More

Bought my truck. Wsd told we couldn't take delivery until it went through service and detailing. They removed them at the dealership and now, after four days of me calling, them saying they'll call right back (but never doing it) they're telling me too bad. Doesn't stop me from driving the truck, so they aren't replacing it. They take things out of your vehicle and then tell you to just deal with it. Not to be trusted... And Bruce (customer service) who answers these reviews, has so far failed to respond to my repeated complaints. More
SAD!! BEWARE!!!! i purchase a used 2016 vehicle from this dealership on 09/05 and it was by far the worse experience every. I was sold this vehicle while it was in the middle of its inspection, to have it break down on me 35 days later. After going back and forth with the service team about the warranty I had, I mysteriously had a special warranty that covered it after being told I had to pay $400 to fix it. Remind you it had only been 4 1/2 weeks since I bought it, and hadn't even made one car payment on the vehicle. This past Friday, 11/01 it broke down on me AGAIN!! And was told by the service team that it would cost me over $1000 to fix it, and my warranty I have doesn't cover it . There OWN Salesman Al even mention to me in a phone conversation on 11/02 that he was convinced my car was a LEMON when it was sold to me. To have him say that and them completely ignore it is horrible. So it was towed to them from my home and was told by Al to come into the dealership yesterday and he'd help me get into another car. Get there , he wasn't there, spent 5 hrs in this place, missed a whole day of work and two hours of driving for them to tell me there was nothing they can do to help me. Sold me this car with preexisting issues is against the law whether it was used/as is or not. Within 60 days this car has broken down on me twice and now I'm left with nothing AND a car payment. This isn't right at all and I hope no one else gets trapped into the big whoha of how popular they are SUPPOSE to be, they used that against people, and I'll make sure this goes way beyond just a review. I posted this review a few days ago and got a response from the dealership saying to give someone a call to see how they can help, Is xxxxxxxx, just got done talking to Mr. Palmer and STILL nothing can be done and I'm stuck with a none running car, weeks after purchasing in. THANKS A LOT!!!!!!!!!! Everything in my review is bout as accurate as it gets. More
