Looking for a new 2022 Tahoe in stock, (I know that's hard to come by these days) but had spent the day calling around to every Chevrolet car dealership within 200 miles of us. Spoke to Brushawn, aka Fletcher, who told us they had a new 2022 Tahoe RTS on the lot for $64,795. We asked how late they were open and he said 9:00pm. By the time we found someone to watch our kids so we could go to the dealership, which was OVER an hour and a half away, it was going to put us getting up there at 8:45. We spoke to Fletcher multiple times that evening and he told us as long as we got there before 9:00 we were fine and to "just come on, it's not problem and it's here waiting on you!!" We had a trade in and he had us send all our pictures and info to him and he would have everything squared away for us so that when we arrived all we had to do was sign. We got there right at 8:45 and Fletcher was nowhere to be found. A girl came out to help us; I believe her name was Raquel. She walked us outside and showed us the vehicle that we had been discussing with Fletcher about and if all the numbers lined up then it was ours. We went inside to do the paperwork and she asked us multiple times if we would be interested in a USED Tahoe and we kept telling her NO because a new one is cheaper than a used right now which is why we drove almost 2 hours away at 9:00 at night to get a new one that was actually in stock. After asking how much we owed on our trade (instead of telling us what it appraised for first) and finding out what the payoff was, they completely low balled our trade and gave us an out the door total of over $102,000!!!!!!!!! After we told her that was absolutely not happening and that Fletcher had gave us a price of $64,795, she then proceeded to tell us that the car we just went out and looked at was USED and it was $89,999. When we told her AGAIN that we didn't want used, she went to the back and got another man (still not Fletcher) and he came out and said that they didn't have a new Tahoe in stock but could get us one in several months or he could "build us one." We told him that we had been speaking with Fletcher and he assured us that the car was there even when we were about 30 mins out from the dealership. The guy then started stumbling over his words and said that it sold about 30 mins before we got there. Needless to say, we didn't get the car and I texted Fletcher as we left and told him that apparently the car had sold and we drove almost 2 hours for no reason and he never even apologized. Terrible service, but excellent LIARS!!!! Never again, will be go back there. More
