I've been a customer at RB Honda for twenty years, bought two Honda Pilots there, and had all service work done there. I have never had a bad experience there in all that time. Everyone I've come in contact with has been experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. This latest visit was no exception. I brought my vehicle in because it wouldn't start. Leinghout, the service agent, listened carefully to me, and explained the options for repair very clearly. I was kept advised of progress, plus being advised of a couple of other issues that needed attention. I was given a ride home, received a call later that my vehicle was ready, and someone was sent to pick me up to get my vehicle. All in all, another worry free experience. Keep up the excellent work! We had a great buying experience with RBH and our sales leader, Alyssa Curtis. Leading up to when we were ready, she was responsive and informative, but not overbearing. Everyone other than Jose Munoz was wonderful. My car was dropped off for an appointment at 8:00 am on 8/7/24, I received a text at 12:30 stating my car was 2nd in line for inspection, I called My car was dropped off for an appointment at 8:00 am on 8/7/24, I received a text at 12:30 stating my car was 2nd in line for inspection, I called around 2:15 for an update and Jose was very curt when I questioned why my car hadn't even been looked at yet when my appointment was for 8 am. He stated that he had asked if I understood how the diagnostics worked and that I had stated that I did. I responded with I understood how diagnostics work but that didn't mean that I understood that my appointment at 8 was just to drop off the car, I had been in 2 times previously and had never waited this long for an answer. The car was finally diagnosed, I received a text and called to ask about other items that we had passed on previously, which were sent over and I authorized but because of the late hour, parts were now going to take an extra day so now my car wouldn't be ready until Saturday, and then it still wasn't ready, it took another 5 days until that Thursday, 8/15/24 with help from Jason, Jorge, Jeremy and Matt to get my car back fixed and to feel better about my experience. I had called after getting the car home to find a scuff/scratch on the front right bumper, and left a message with Matt, he called me the next Monday to ask if Jose had reached out as he was not working and I informed him that no I had not heard from Jose and still have not heard from Jose about the damage to my car. The only thing I have heard form Jose was to fill out this survey. More
