It was very easy to set up my service appointment on line. I was graciously met by one of the service assistants as I drove into to the service bay. Shelly is very good at personalizing the conversation and yet is conscious of the value of a customer’s time. She asks all good questions and suggests we look at some areas that might need attention. I had my door trim broken and wasn’t fully informed of my options on the phone. Only once checking online could I see there was another option. I used to like this dealership but I can confidently say I don’ options on the phone. Only once checking online could I see there was another option.
