Overall okay. Communication could be better, called saying they couldn’t finish all the work in one day but when I arrive everything was reportedly done. Dropped car off 6/26/21 for appointment 6/29 called several times leaving voicemails 6/29 and 6/30 never received a call back. Wednesday finally got a call with diagnosis told car ready by Saturday mor several times leaving voicemails 6/29 and 6/30 never received a call back. Wednesday finally got a call with diagnosis told car ready by Saturday morniny not ready til 7/5. Someone took a message for Jeremy 6/30 no response called again told he was not in that day. Never had a car take so long to get diagnosed and get fixed, I rake it anywhere else diagnosed and done same day. Asked about a loaner car can't give unless you have a warranty or recall, When I get a call thar my car is finally ready they asked if I need a ride back to get car, never offered the uber service. I had to have someone meet me there for dropping off and already had made arrangements for someone to take me back. I come to pay and price is different than what was quoted, they made adjustment. Went to pay and told payment went through she went to print, printer drawer open. She had to see if it went to another printer, another employee tried to help he couldn't so she calls someone else and they say they didn't see payment had to ask for card again. Told about a warranty would show on my receipts doesn't show, called and was told it is in your computer only. Customers should get a print out! Also was told other services should be recommended and didn't show on receipt. The least you could have done for having my car so long was wash it! Not happy at all!!! More
I tried to connect with the Renton Jeep sales staff over email about a truck I was interested in and was met with what I would call a very arrogant sales person. I asked what would be a typical interest rat email about a truck I was interested in and was met with what I would call a very arrogant sales person. I asked what would be a typical interest rate a person with an excellent credit rating would be? The person answered "I don't sell interest rates I sell cars". I will find another dealership who treats me better and is willing to answer simple questions. Beware, if they treat their potential customers like that what else will they do or unethical behaviors will be they bestow on you? More

Renton Dodge contacted us to purchase our lease vehicle. We used KBB and they were one of the dealers who received our information. They offered us $35k. We called Chrysler Capital and they told us are payo We used KBB and they were one of the dealers who received our information. They offered us $35k. We called Chrysler Capital and they told us are payoff was about $29k so were expecting a check for around $6k. When we got there they ran some numbers and came back with less than what we had anticipated. According to them, dealer payoff was higher than our payoff. We were told that they will have to pay Chrysler Capital the dealer payoff amount and in addition the remaining 7 months left on our lease. We decided not to take the deal to payoff Chrysler capital directly to get the most for our vehicle. Next day we went to another dealership to lease a new Dodge vehicle since Renton had no stock. We told them about the deal with Renton dodge and we were basically told that the dealership is scooping additional profit and that we don’t have to pay the remaining 7 months because its already included on the dealer payoff quote. Renton Dodge intentionally deceived us by telling us the wrong information to get more money. The amount was just over of $4k ( this was confirmed with Chrysler Capital). Next day we texted Renton through their website to get contact info of the general manager, received a txt back that the GM is not available and to contact the customer service director which we did. Never heard anything until the end of the day when Anthony( Sales Rep) asked what is the text about and what are we complaining about. We explained and he got really defensive stating that we contacted them to sell the vehicle which is not true bec we sent the inquiry to Kelly Blue Book and Kbb contacted them. At the end of the conversation he stated that he had enough and will not be listening anymore and hung up. We have dealt with multiple dealership over the years and we understand that they have to make money and numbers can be manipulated so hopefully everyone walks away with a fair deal. But in this case, when they straight lie to you it’s a different story. We will never go back to this dealership or recommend them to anyone. My husband works within walking distance to this dealership and will let all of his co-workers not to bother shopping here. This experience has left a nasty taste in our mouths and this may be the last Dodge vehicle we will own. More
