I took my new 2021 Challenger to Dodge of Renton for a exhaust rattle I’ve been having since new. The gentleman at the service desk was very helpful with getting me an appointment the same day. After they exhaust rattle I’ve been having since new. The gentleman at the service desk was very helpful with getting me an appointment the same day. After they had my car for an hour they told me that “exhaust rattle from Scat Packs are normal because it’s a performance car,” I wasn’t going for that stupid excuse. So I took my car to The Muffler Shoppe in Seattle and as soon as they put the car on the lift they found the problem. It was a loose exhaust clamp from the factory. If these guys at Renton Dodge Ram can’t figure that out, something so easy to find and fix, I wouldn’t trust theses guys for a simple oil change. More
