Purchased a great car from the dealership, and had a great sales experience, but this was overshadowed by my experience with the Finance manager, Troy Gannon. Troy Gannon's tactics. Here are a few of great sales experience, but this was overshadowed by my experience with the Finance manager, Troy Gannon. Troy Gannon's tactics. Here are a few of the tactics he used, so you're aware before going in. 1.) Discrepancy in price: If you find an ad to one of their used cars online, the price will be significantly different from the price they'll present in person. (They'll point to existing upgrades to the car, such as tinted windows and 3M protective wrap) 2.) Service contract that cannot be taken off: You may be told that a service contract was added to the car and cannot be taken off. Troy is very persistent about this. (He even put a service contract on an electric vehicle, when the contracts state they can't cover EVs. And insisted it still couldn't be taken off.) 3.) 3 separate service contracts: I asked Troy during the initial meeting whether the service contracts are mandatory. He said yes. I purchased knowing that you can generally just cancel after the fact, but Troy will keep trying to say they are mandatory. 4.) Incorrect name on service contract: All of my sales related documents had my correct name, but Troy put a different name (Patrick) for my service contracts. I believe this is a specific tactic he uses, because you can't cancel the contract until after you correct the name. (Takes up to 30 days to correct) 5.) Payments don't start until 2 months after purchase: this is done likely because the service contracts can be cancelled for the full refund for 60 days after purchase. After that, it's prorated. So if you're looking at a car here, and the finance manager is named Troy Gannon, please take your time looking at the details. Be firm about any price discrepancies you notice, deny service contracts adamantly (unless you need them), and check the details on the forms even if he is trying to push things along quickly. This dealership's finance manager Troy Gannon uses annoying tactics to increase profits, and even lies about what is possible on their end. I understand the logic of these tactics, and the incredible amount of pressure dealerships are under because of inflation across the industry, as well as lower inventory. I just don't agree with the tactics Troy Gannon is using on the average person. And what's even more annoying is that dealerships are in total control of the sales process (not the manufacturer), so this is all I feel I can do is write a review. More
Unfortunately, from start to end was a fail in so many ways. The service has tremendously decreased since the buyout from Car Pros. I’m not sure I’ll return. It’s the only place I’ve gone since buying my ways. The service has tremendously decreased since the buyout from Car Pros. I’m not sure I’ll return. It’s the only place I’ve gone since buying my Jeep brand new in 2014. Hard to watch the constant turnover and decrease in customer service. Love the cashier though, she is the only one that seems to care. I hope they can figure it out. More

Ordering my vehicle with the options I wanted took a number of attempts. The complexity of option packaging, changing option availability, kind of confusing literature, and part availability all feed in number of attempts. The complexity of option packaging, changing option availability, kind of confusing literature, and part availability all feed into the challenge. However eventually it got sorted out because the option manager kept at it and kept working on it. More
This Dodge dealership is pathetic and the worst customer service place in the world no one should ever get any Dodge worked on at The Renton Dodge or Auburn Doge dealership service department. They over cha service place in the world no one should ever get any Dodge worked on at The Renton Dodge or Auburn Doge dealership service department. They over charge me on everything and didn't even fix what they were supposed to fix. Also had my car almost a most and it's still not finished. I don't even trust and feel comfortable with my car being there to be worked on for anything now. Just the worst experience me and my wife are going thru and I hope they loose there license because so one should ever have to go thru this BS. More
