I was working thru the online sales who was nice via phone and was extremely happy and excited. However when i showed up to the dealership, they attempted to raise the price over $15,000 including chan phone and was extremely happy and excited. However when i showed up to the dealership, they attempted to raise the price over $15,000 including changing the sales price and adding over $10,000 in markups and other "non negotiable add ons" all of which were not reflected on their own website and autotrader. When i expressed concern i was told that the internet sales price dosen't include dealer mark-ups and that's just how they do business. I fought for what was agreed upon verbally as well as over text. After a lot of stressful back and forth we got back within a reasonable range of what i originally agreed to. Completely disappointed and disgusted with this dealership. More

Nice Dealership, not overly aggressive staff. We were personally assisted by Andrea and Darryl. Both were professionals with a an easy going demeanor. Sales price was advertised at $46,991. Their website says, "At Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat of Renton the price you see advertised is the price you pay." That is a lie. They had a $9995 "Market Adjustment", a $995 "Shadow Mark" upcharge, and a $3995 service contract up charge. The actual price was OVER $60,000! The dealer add-ons and additional dealer mark-up was never disclosed to me while speaking with Luis Colon on the phone. I left in disgust on Monday, May 30, 2022, drove to Lithia Jeep in Portland, and purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler for UNDER sticker! Thank you Renton Jeep for educating me! I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee L to have my trailer hitch installed. It was sent to outside shop for my install. My car was at dealership at 8:30 am and left dealership around 9:00 am. I waited 7 hours hitch installed. It was sent to outside shop for my install. My car was at dealership at 8:30 am and left dealership around 9:00 am. I waited 7 hours until my car returned to the dealership. And my wire connection was installed upside down. I’m not okay with that being upside exposed to the elements while towing. More
