I used to be a Jeep enthusiast and was very satisfied with my previous Jeep purchase until I decided to buy a new Jeep Renegade. That's when I met a salesperson named Ali who made false promises and coerced me into buying a different car instead of the one I wanted. Furthermore, after purchasing the second car and expecting the promised discount, I was disappointed to find out that they didn't honor their commitment and deceived me. To make matters worse, when I recently went to their finance department to request a refund for the remaining insurance, I had to deal with their rude staff, especially Kim. This was all because I had given the salesperson a one-star review, which was well-deserved. They treated me with complete disrespect. Instead of arguing, I contacted my insurance company directly to handle the refund process, but I still needed the dealer's authorization for the check. I waited for eight weeks, hoping they would take care of it, but I had to go there myself. However, I must mention that I received an email from Ms. Maxine, the controller, stating that I hadn't purchased any insurance policies from them. Additionally, Ms. Kim informed me over the phone that there was no reason for me to come to their office as I had no outstanding matters in the finance department. Unfortunately, I encountered poor management again, but thanks to the lady at the front desk who was helpful, I appreciate her assistance in addressing my concerns promptly. I sincerely wrote this review to inform dear visitors who are considering going there about the kind of people they may encounter and to make them aware of their legal rights, as they might be susceptible to fraud and deception.
