$200 for a oil change and 3 hour wait and needed to come back because they didn’t put back my engine cover. I set an appointment for Saturday oil change they are a month back on mid March. They do not care about you after you buy a car. Their only priority is selling you something and adding a warranty nothing else. My experience was ok up until I purchased my car. The dealership gave me a new car with no gas in it. I asked for a floor mat since one was missing and they couldn't give me one. I also asked about a piece in the jeep that was hanging by a wire and needed to be mounted in the car and they said that was my problem to fix even though they gave me the car like that. After I left the dealership my sales person went mia and didn't respond to my calls or text. They said they were busy even though they were blowing up my phone to get in the dealership in the first place. I do not recommend this dealership. More
