UPDATE: My original review was directly related to the only interaction I had with the dealership and was between myself and an employee named Alexander. After leaving the review, Monica from the dealersh only interaction I had with the dealership and was between myself and an employee named Alexander. After leaving the review, Monica from the dealership reached out to me to let me know the dealership (and their GM Pete) took it very seriously, and that they had reviewed the incident. I was informed they looked into Alexander's behavior, that how he responded was not representative of the dealership and the reputation they want to have, and that he no longer worked at the dealership given my situation and other situations during Alexander's tenure there. I was asked by Monica if I would be willing to give the dealer a chance to make it right, and I told her that would be fine. In less than an hour, I was on the phone with a salesman named Vanis who was extremely easy to talk to. He verified the vehicle I was interested in was still available, he asked me what was needed to come to an agreement on trade and vehicle price, and he went to work to see what kind of deal he could get me. We came to agreeable terms on a sight unseen trade value (pending in person inspection, of course) as well as a sales price for the vehicle over the phone with no pressure at all. I agreed to come into the dealership the next day to test drive the vehicle and purchase if things all lined up. The next day, I arrived at the dealership and I was greeted by my final salesperson Salvador (Vanis was off, he was aware of the appointment and had me set up to work with Salvador instead). I was interested in possibly two vehicles, and Salvador had both of them parked right next to the front door for me to check out upon arrival. Salvador was very patient with my many questions and concerns, and I felt absolutely no pressure at all during the process working with him. I decided I liked the first vehicle that I was interested in and was ready to trade and finalize the deal. All numbers we had agreed upon over the phone the day before were still the same, there was no funny business at all. I was handed off to Joe in financing (one of the best financing experiences I've had - seriously a pleasure to sit and chat with Joe), and we began the process of signing paperwork. Joe was incredibly meticulous - he caught an issue with one of the incentives that could have been a pain down the road for the dealership and for myself. There would have been a possible change in the deal price given this issue, but Joe engaged the sales management team, and Monica swooped in to understand the issue as well - and with the GM's approval, the dealership absorbed the cost of the incentive to keep my deal the same as we had discussed. They didn't have to do this, but they knew it was the right thing to do - and in doing so, they earned a customer. I finalized my paperwork, grabbed my few remaining belongings out of my trade, grabbed the keys to my brand new 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X 4Xe, and I was on my way. HUGE thank you to Monica for reaching out to me and for working internally to make sure customers are taken care of, thank you to Vanis for initial leg work on the deal, thank you to Salvador for putting up with all my questions and for handling the sale the day of, and thank you to Joe for being a meticulous and awesome finance manager, and thank you to the general manager Pete for caring enough about his customers to authorize his team to do what was necessary to make this deal right. Every one of you turned this situation around. Thanks again! Original review: This dealership likes to play games with numbers and waste your time - terrible attitude from sales staff (Alexander) when refuting trade value and MSRP markup - insinuating I'm a joke, petty responses, laugh reacting my comments - overall super poor attitude. The epitome of a problematic dealership. There is no reason to pay markup over MSRP on any Jeep product, period. Find a better dealer. Buyer beware. More
