Did not fix both problems that I had asked them to fix. On the first visit I asked if they could check the tire front driver side for a leak. I was having to put air in that tire to offend. The tire was aired up but not checked. Staed holding air threw th summer but when it started getting cold it started losing air again. On the next vist I asked to check tire and they did not. They rotated the tires and aired them up. Before we left I asked the receptionist to go ask if they checked for a leak again on the tire. They didn't. So we waited until they pulled the tire off and soaked it. They found a nail in the sidewall. They should have found on the first visit. We were told Someone would be emailing us a quote on another tire to replace. We still have not received any emails. Also, when we leaving the service department, we were told the keys were in the vehicle. We get to the vehicle and the keys were no where to be found. There was oil or grease on the door handle outside and inside. It was all over the steering wheel and the center console. My husband had to go back in the service department to find the keys and ask for some wipes to clean the vehicle. They found the keys and gave him two little wet wipes that was not enough to get the car clean.. Our buying a Rogue from this dealership was a good experience and was sold on a maintenance plan and warranty. The maintenance plan will not be worth it to me if everytime we have a concern or need a basic oilchange this is the service we get. Not to mention we were told there is nothing they would do about the tire because the nail was in the sidewall. We disagree. If the tire was properly checked the first visit we would have addressed it then. Instead, we were told it was ok and it is the cold air making the tire lose pressure. We believed that and drove on it for a year. I guess we have to buy another tire somewhere else, because we can't seem to get a quote here. We been at this service department twice and twice I feel that the service was not good. With that thought , I hope the oil changes were done properly. I'm not sure if all this will provoke any changes, but it would be good for some kind of feed back. Cathy and David Button More
