This place had very helpful and friendly staff. A thanks to all of the people that helped us get our car and who didn’t quit until we were happy. They do not pressure you like a most other car dealerships a to all of the people that helped us get our car and who didn’t quit until we were happy. They do not pressure you like a most other car dealerships and they make you feel more at home and comfortable, unlike other Nissan dealerships. They conduct fair and considerate business practices at Reliable Nissan such as listening to the customer and getting us a better price and interest rate. Also, seem to care about families and the fact that we are all human. If you ever need a car go to Reliable Nissan, and do not go to the other Nissan dealership in town. More

My hubby and I had an excellent experience with Maricela Calzadillas at Reliable Nissan in Albuquerque. We had tried to trade in our vehicles to get new ones at other places but no one could beat Reliable N Calzadillas at Reliable Nissan in Albuquerque. UNRELIABLE! Don't buy Protection plans. They will lie and say it includes oil changes to get the sale then never honor it. Make a big show of clearing with sales manager but do not honor their word. (my mistake). Supposedly had a 48 month protection plan with oil changes for $1196 but only got 4 oil changes! Basically threw away $1000 because I trusted their word. Can never reached anyone to discuss. They rarely return calls and most times no answer at all when you call the dealership.. They are totally UNRELIABLE! More
