UNRELIABLE! Don't buy Protection plans. They will lie and say it includes oil changes to get the sale then never honor it. Make a big show of clearing with sales manager but do not honor their word. (my mistake). Supposedly had a 48 month protection plan with oil changes for $1196 but only got 4 oil changes! Basically threw away $1000 because I trusted their word. Can never reached anyone to discuss. They rarely return calls and most times no answer at all when you call the dealership.. They are totally UNRELIABLE! More

THIEVES IN WHITE COLLARS!!! HIGH PRICED IF YOU LET THEM!! This place will take advantage of you on the total price even if you have great credit and money down. GO TO YOUR BANK TO FINANCE A CAR NEVER A DEALER This place will take advantage of you on the total price even if you have great credit and money down. GO TO YOUR BANK TO FINANCE A CAR NEVER A DEALER!!! If I had went to my bank I would have been paying 3X's less a month on the same piece of sh** new car. They will also sell you an un-needed and expensive platinum repair warranty that becomes worthless in about 1 year and doesn't fix anything when you actually decide to use it or NEED to use it. PLEASE GO IN THERE WITH SOME CAR BUYING KNOWLEDGE, if you do, because if you go in this place thinking they will help someone like you that has no previous experience buying a car or TRUCK, they will take full advantage of you and stick it in! They also make you sign everything on camera during the sale (because they do this all the time) so that you can't come back on the xxxxty deal they tricked you into signing and sue them for a bad sale! The only thing this place cares about is that the people trying to buy a new car to stay numb so that they have a place to work so they can cash out on a measly 1000 or their percentage of what was put down on the car that day. They are making money off of xxxxty sales that has no care for the consumer in the long run. A PLACE LIKE THIS SHOULD BURN TO THE GROUND JUST LIKE MY GREAT CREDIT SCORE of 689 DID!!!
