I came in to get some Recall work done on my vehicle to find out you had not ordered the party in. so now I workforce, with a Customer focused staff. When I arrived Briana S. was on the phone. I spoke with another advisor a young man and told him I had an appointment at 1:00. He took my info and got things rolling. My vehi was on the phone. Service advisors I dealt with on 7/31 were horrible. I had to call several times to get updates on my car with no response. Finally called the service mgr and he told me my service advisor Ramon was out I had to call several times to get updates on my car with no response. Finally called the service mgr and he told me my service advisor Ramon was out sick and that the computers were down which delayed work. So why didn’t I get a call with any of this information?? Totally unacceptable customer service. And so I missed work another day so the work could be completed. And again I had to be the one calling for updates. Why such a lack of communication. Also was informed that I had told the female who checked me in that I had said I did not need to be called; that was a lie. Why would I not want to know the status on my car? That was wrong on so many levels. More
