The car that we wanted wasn’t there when we got there despite them calling and confirming 20 minutes before we arrived. It was sold the day before and even though we asked if it was still available when despite them calling and confirming 20 minutes before we arrived. The sales manager was awful and told us how we should basically be grateful for what they showed us or walk off the lot. Needless to say we did walk off and bought a car next door. More
