From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were treated with respect and friendliness. We were looking for a pre-owned vehicle and had a budget, but we were not pressured to buy a more expensive v treated with respect and friendliness. Our salesperson, Dan Shields, was very responsive to our needs and when we had a problem with the battery in our new vehicle, he drove to our home with a loaner vehicle within a few hours. We were introduced to Ernie Matamorez, Manager of the Service Department, who made an appointment with us to go over the intracacies of our vehicle. Ernie was most warm and friendly and was quite knowledgeable. Our finance person, Allen Quezada, made the financing aspect painless and quick. He explained all of the options available, making suggestions, but never pressuring us into anything. We were invited to the monthly Owner Appreciation dinner where we met the rest of the team. EVERYONE was extremely nice and friendly and the steak dinner was excellent. My experience with Reliable Nissan has been very positive thus far and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or colleagues. More

I purchased a used Nissan Altima and added the Skylink theft recovery system. When I tried logging into the Skylink website to register it the website stated the dealer needs to complete their process fir theft recovery system. After several calls to have it rectified to no avail, I contacted Paul Bateman (Finance Manager) for help. Not only did he take on the matter personally and fix the problem immediately, to make up for my inconvenience he also provided me with a wheel alignment which I desperately needed. Thank you Paul!
