I wanted to find a new off-road vehicle. I have been doing a lot of camping and hiking lately, and needed something with plenty of room and power and off-road capability. I looked at the main offering from Toyota and Honda but didn't like them much. I put in a request for info an the Nissan Xterra online and got a call after just a few minutes from Eric. He told me they had a few in stock. I set up an appointment to look at one. The Xerra is amazing! Lots of room, for people and stuff, lots of power, and they look sweet. After a short drive, on road and dirt roads I knew it was perfect. They got me a great deal, and i got a really good interest rate through my bank. Eric was very knowledgeable, and even told me that he drove an older Xterra that was still running strong. He made sure to mention all the cool features that are exclusive to the Xterra. It was a very pleasant experience and I am looking forward to lots of great camping and off roading. More

They went over the features and we went for a test drive. While on the test drive they had someone appraise my trade in. When we got back we sat down and went over the numbers. There was no back and forth, they were very straight forward and upfront. It was a very easy process and I got a car that I love! I will gladly refer friends and family to call them when they need a new car. More

(which we loved) We wanted to see a couple other vehicles before we made the decision. We liked the other cars just as much as the juke, but we were impressed by how friendly and genuine Adrian was. I was shopping around online for a used Altima. I submitted a form to get an "e-price" on one of Reliable Nissans preowned Altimas. I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle, when I arrived the Altima was pulled up front waiting for me. The whole process was extremely easy and up front. I had a really great experience over at Reliable Nissan, Abdul and Greg were great and really listened to my concerns and needs. They were able to make a great deal for me. Very bad experience had engine work done there they forgot a part full 60 days later less than 1500 miles on the car and somehow it's my fault. The mechanic there left an engine bolt out which slowly forgot a part full 60 days later less than 1500 miles on the car and somehow it's my fault. The mechanic there left an engine bolt out which slowly drains my oil over 1500 miles and now my engine has a knock and they won't warranty their work.Will never use or work with this dealership again!!!!! I was treated very professional and with respect. They did not pressure me to buy something I didn't want. I had been to another Albuquerque dealership where they tried to sell me a model of a Rogue that did not pressure me to buy something I didn't want. I had been to another Albuquerque dealership where they tried to sell me a model of a Rogue that DID NOT fit me and my needs. Nadine had a car waiting for me to drive that suited me to a T!! I was very pleased with how smooth my sales transaction went. I was able to drive home in my new Nissan Rogue that day! I had expected to have to wait to be able to get into a new vehicle, but that was not the case. I am greeted by name and with a smile every time I have been back to the dealership. Both of these individuals lied to my face and disrespected me. Customer service should be the most important aspect of their jobs! Just because you own the place doesn't mean you can treat people anyway you want. It amazes me that Reliable Nissan is still in business! I wish I would have read the reviews online before I decided to waste my time. Yelp-Google-etc...they all tell horrible stories. Don't waste your time! More

Recently, me and my fiance purchased a new vehicle. We have had previous experience with Nadine so we opted to work with just her on our new car purchase. She was also very accommodating to our two kids by getting them paper and markers to draw on to keep them busy while we were both able to shop and talk business. She was very professional during the entire process. We told her what we could afford and what we had down and she showed us vehicles exactly within our price range. She didn't try to deviate at all from our goals or try to sell us something that we didn't need. The car is in excellent condition and we are very happy. More
