I had a Nissan 720 Pickup and pruchased a lot of parts and was treated very well by Mr. Wojcik, super service! After selling that vehicle I traded in a Silverado truck and got a used 2005 Toyota Corolla and was treated very well by Mr. Wojcik, super service! After selling that vehicle I traded in a Silverado truck and got a used 2005 Toyota Corolla from the Reliable Dealership. The entire staff worked hard to keep me as a customer, even when I thought I was going to walk out of the room and keep the truck, just ride my bicycle more! But Mr.Sorenson and Bateman made the sale happen and I'm eminencely pleased with it!! Do look here for your next car purchase, you will not be sorry!! More
the sales person bateman she was nice and very helpful, it was after that when i had to deal with the finance people the first gentleman that i dealt with was good it is when his superviser came out. I don it was after that when i had to deal with the finance people the first gentleman that i dealt with was good it is when his superviser came out. I dont remeber his name but he was rude and a jackass, like i was wasting his time a inconvience to him to be there. I almost walked out wiyh out buying the truck, I probably should have. he had an attitude because i didnt buy the extra warranty on the vehicle. After that going home and thinking about it even if I wanted to buy a warranty I dont think I would like to deal with the gentleman in the dealership again.so if this gets back to Julian Marquez he can contact me. On Saturday, June 4th I had an appointment for recall (Engine Control Module) work to be performed on my 2005 Nissan Xterra. When I initially made my appointment on the phone, I was told my car would be (Engine Control Module) work to be performed on my 2005 Nissan Xterra. When I initially made my appointment on the phone, I was told my car would be needed for approximately one and a half hours. I arrived for my appointment at 8 A.M. (my appt was for 8:30) and at that time I was told that they would need my car for 3 hours. I asked about the shuttle service and was told by the service staff that their shuttle driver would not be in for another 30 minutes. I left to run an errand and was back at 8:30 A.M. At that time I was told the driver would be back in approximately 15 min. Forty five minutes later (approximately 9:15 A.M.) I still had no ride and informed the service staff that I would have to reschedule my appointment and asked for the keys to my vehicle. When the service staff returned with my keys, I was informed that the work had been completed. I then asked for a copy of the work order for my records I was informed that there was not one. I insisted for some form of proof that the work had been completed and was told that a copy would be e-mailed to me. I still have not received anything. This did not sound right to me so I called another dealer to ask was it typical for no work order to be provided after recall work has been performed and they said no. They also informed me that they could check using my "VIN" to see in Nissan had any record of my car being worked on. There was none. Was the work completed on my vehicle? If so why was I not provided a work order? If not? Why would your staff return to me a vehicle stating that my issue had be resolved when they knew it had not been? More

Can't beat the price...trust me I did all my research prior. Malick, AWESOME as well. It seemed like he worked for ME and not the dealership...no preasure at all. He went too battle for me to get price, I wanted for my trade. He also made sure I was comfortable with everything prior to me departing with my new truck. Reliable Nissan great choice in hiring these two AWESOME folks. Give them a raise! More

I was searching for a 4Runner through Autotrader when I came across one at Reliable Nissan. I love my 2000 4Runner, but I was debating if it was time to trade it in. On April 23 I called Reliable, and I go came across one at Reliable Nissan. I love my 2000 4Runner, but I was debating if it was time to trade it in. On April 23 I called Reliable, and I got in contact with Leila. She confirmed that the 2007 4Runner was in stock; I told her that I wanted to make sure before making the 3 hour drive to the dealership. I met Abdul Kebe at the dealership; he was very helpful and extremely patience. We ran the numbers after the test drive. After waiting on finance, I was undecided on the timing of the purchase since I was still waiting on a response from my banker for another financial matter. I grew impatience on the wait, and I left the dealership to think things through regarding my financial status. Abdul contacted me and tried to assist me any way he could, but I told him that I was done and had to think things through and contact my banker. Anthony Sorenson contacted me on April 28 and he told me that he was willing to work with me. After consulting with my banker, I made the decision to purchase the vehicle on May 3. They waited for me for the delivery of vehicle that late evening as I drove three hours to the dealership after I got off work. Abdul and Anthony were very courteous, professional, and patience throughout the purchase process. Mr. Rob Petty was very prompt and courteous in financing. Reliable Nissan gave me the deal I wanted at the financing terms I was seeking. In retrospect, I want to thank the threesome for their customer service! I also want to acknowledge and thank Ed Ramirez for the follow-up on my customer service experience. God Bless! More

On two separate occassions my girlfriend has taken her Maxima to Reliable Nissan for service. Each time various service items have been recommended that I consider complete overkill. On the first visit Maxima to Reliable Nissan for service. Each time various service items have been recommended that I consider complete overkill. On the first visit she was hearing a loud squeak from the engine compartment. We were told it was a belt problem that needed changing and the transmission oil needed changing along with a fuel injector cleaning. We authorized the first two items and found the problem wasn't fixed. I listened to the car running in the driveway for two minutes and found out it was the AC fan motor going bad. I bought the part at another dealer and fixed the problem myself. I also wrote an e-mail to the dealership from their website and never heard a response. On the most recent experience she had the "Check Engine Light" on and was told it was the "O 2" Sensor. This part is supposedly $400 and then we got a call saying the exhaust pipe was rusted out where the sensor is located and it would need to be replaced. The cost for this was of course more than what we were told so again our dissatisfaction is extrememly high. More
I purchased a 2011 Xterra from Reliable Nissan not sure if my past credit problems would be a hassle. With the patience and professionalism with working with Mr. Bundgus and the sales team, the nervousness if my past credit problems would be a hassle.
