We do not attempt to drum up business by passing on recommended work. However, it is our responsibility to let service customers know of regular maintenance that may need to be performed in the future. Unfortunately, you did not bring the issue with the tires to us and by taking it to another shop, it limited our availability to help you, thereby taking away financial assistance in replacing the tires. In regards to the replacement of the battery, our Used Car Director reimbursed you the $150, as well as the three oil changes in good faith to help soften the blow of your service experience.
