When I called and set my appointment for my oil change, the representative named Anthony advised me that it would take one hour and 30 minutes at the most when I got there setting an appointment at 10 AM. the representative named Anthony advised me that it would take one hour and 30 minutes at the most when I got there setting an appointment at 10 AM. I did not leave there until 1230. I had to go and ask at 12 o'clock if my car was ready and the girl that was up, there was extremely rude and said that they're barely putting it on the lift and that it should be ready in 30 minutes. Why am I setting an appointment for 10 AM? If I have to wait 2 1/2 hours and get the service that I got the girl that was at the service center seemed rushed like she didn't want to be there didn't acknowledge me. I had to stand at the desk for five minutes before she even said anything to me. I just bought this car and a free oil change is not worth that. More
