There were 3 folks sitting at the desk literally just chatting obvious to me. Ramon being on the phone, I was waiting for him. The one guy noticed me after a couple minutes and finally asked if I was wai chatting obvious to me. Ramon being on the phone, I was waiting for him. The one guy noticed me after a couple minutes and finally asked if I was waiting for Ramon, to which I said yes. The employee who was right in front of me realized he was blocking a customer and stepped out quickly. Not a huge deal but kind of rude. I would have given Ramon a higher score, but I actually had to sort him this time mid way through and at the end. He had told me like an hour, hour and a half and it was just over that when I sought him out and saw my car was parked in the Service area done. He was on the phone talking to another customer, but it left me wondering what the other guys that were with him were doing. It seemed like Ramon was the only one working, which is why I was left waiting. Just saying. Oh also the waiting area. It might be a good idea to add a sign or something as I saw people sitting there, but didnt want to interrupt. It would help make it a little clearer. More
