Had a fantastic experience buying my first car in America from Regal Kia.. I’m originally from London, UK and I have previously spent over 17 years selling cars myself. So to be on this side of the desk was from Regal Kia.. I’m originally from London, UK and I have previously spent over 17 years selling cars myself. So to be on this side of the desk was a new experience for me. The whole process was just amazing and was exactly how I always tried to treat my customers back when I was selling cars. Must give a special mention to Justin de Jesus and Greg Schmidt who were both just brilliant. Also Pedro in finance. Kept me informed of how everything was progressing. Amazing service, non-pushy sales and extremely helpful throughout the sale. Greg even delivered the car to me at home as I was unable to drive and ran through all the features of the car and even set up Kia Access and my Bluetooth for me.
