I waited 26 days for 2 rear belt molding to arrive. Had to take my car to the service center and after they hold it for more than 4 hours they messaged me that one of the parts arrived bent and they ca Had to take my car to the service center and after they hold it for more than 4 hours they messaged me that one of the parts arrived bent and they can only replace one of them and have to order the second molding part again. On top of that that side which molding part arrived bent they removed the one from my car and damaged the u der earth panel making it completely loose. I have sent them pictures of what they did and never got a response back. Whatever they did might cause of the underneath plastic part to fall while I’m driving because it is loose. And if this happens I will then have to wait for another however many weeks for that part to arrive too. And here I am spending $42,000+ and paying my car in full dealing with people who does not show to care and more importantly to not do their job diligently. I regret to say but the service and the experience I have had so far is bad. More

The entire team were very courteous, professional and yet personal.
