Waited 1 week for part to fix check engine light issue, that didn’t fix it. Then they needed more time to figure out the problem and had car for a week without updating us or fixing anything. Told them we that didn’t fix it. Then they needed more time to figure out the problem and had car for a week without updating us or fixing anything. Told them we needed car to move by a certain date (3 weeks after original diagnosis). We called and they were to call back with an update- never did. We finally picked up car with it still having a problem. More
