They did not keep me updated, it took over an hour to get the quote and another hour for them to complete the tire plug. They told me it would take a bit of time. Wait time was great about one hour wait Waiting area was clean and stocked with water and snacks...tv was on for enjoying..everyone was friendly. Oil change. & car washed and vacuumed very Happy.
